Q. How much does it cost to stay at Hospitality House
A. Because we are a non-profit organization, we operate on donations only. Famililes that stay may contribute at a range of $1.00 a night up to $10.00 a night. We also ask for a $5.00 key deposit at check-in.

"Give A Day. Get A Disney Day" Kick-Off Event

Let's celebrate the spirit of giving!
Hospitality House will host a kick-off event for the Give A Day, Get A Disney Day volunteer program Saturday, January 16th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.!
Beginning Januray 1st, volunteers who sign up through the Disney Web site through Volunteer Central can volunteer a day at Hospitality House of Tulsa and get a day at a Disney park, free!
To celebrate Disney's wonderful program created to inspire volunteerism, Hospitality House of Tulsa is excited to announce we will host a kick-off event for all volunteers interested in participating in this wonderful program! We'll celebrate this mutually beneficial opportunity with Disney characters and several fun volunteer activities on January 16th! We'd like to encourage all interested community member to participate in the celebration by wearing something Disney to our kick-off event!
If you are unable to attend the kick-off, you may also reserve a different 2010 volunteer date with Hospitlaity House of Tulsa today!

Room in the Inn Room in Our Hearts annual campaign Kicks Off with A Night Of Hospitality

Lights Up the Lives of Families in Need
The Hospitality House of Tulsa blessed families in need during A Night of Hospitality by delivering 350 “waiting room survival kits” to families in 16 local hospital waiting rooms on Thursday, Dec. 3. This event kicked off our third-annual Room in the Inn, Room in our Hearts fundraising campaign, with Christmas music, a visit from Santa and the lighting of 5,110 musically-synchronized Christmas lights covering the facility at 1135 S. Victor Ave, at 5:30 p.m.
Join with these sponsors by donating $10 to sponsor one light, representing one night of lodging we offer families in a year.

A Night of Hospitality

“A Night of Hospitality”
on Thursday, December 4th, 2008
Hospitality House Volunteers delivered
300 “Waiting Room Survival Kits”
to families in the waiting rooms
of participating Tulsa hospitals.
These kits contained
bottled water, snacks, soups, blankets, neck roll pillows, encouraging reading material, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and many more items to help make their waiting room experience more comfortable during their medical crisis.
This Night of Hospitality was sponsored by our friends at
First Bank of Owasso
We would also like to thank the employees and volunteers
at these participating hospitals for helping us
meet the needs of over 300 families that night.
Hillcrest Medical Center, Peggy Helmerich Women’s Center, Kaiser Rehab, Select Specialty Hospital, OSU Medical Center, St. John Medical Center, Continuous Care Center, Saint Francis Hospital, Saint Francis Children’s Hospital, Saint Francis South Hospital, Southcrest Hospital, Tulsa Spine and Specialty Hospital, Oklahoma NeuroSpecialty Center, St. John Owasso Hospital, and Bailey Medical Center in Owasso.

Open House, Open Hearts
Hospitality House of Tulsa has DOUBLED their bed occupancy for families! You are cordially invited to attend our Open House.
Through generous grants and donations from The Osteopathic Founders Foundaion, St. Mary's Land and Development, ProBuild, Keystone Millwork, and dedicated volunteers, we have added 7 Murphy bed cabinets so many more families can find needed rest during the medical crisis away from home.
Please join us Friday, between 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for a tour and treats and see first-hand how Tulsa is making more Room in the Inn.
We will be accepting donations of Queen Sized Sheets and other items on the Needs List found on our website under Ways to Help.
